These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of BumpCRM. "Company" means Ridgebuilt Contractors LLC. By using BumpCRM, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You may only join an organization if you are authorized by its administrators.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, authorizing only appropriate users, and ensuring lawful use of integrated email accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You shall not:

Send spam or unsolicited emails. State privacy laws treat behavioral profiling and tracking as regulated activities requiring disclosure and opt‑out mechanisms.
Violate CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CPRA, or other laws.
Track individual opens/clicks without recipient consent; regulators require explicit consent for individual‑level tracking.
Abuse email features, reverse engineer the Service, or attempt to bypass security.

We may monitor usage for compliance.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

New accounts may start on a trial as offered at signup. Paid plans are billed in USD through our payment processor (Stripe). Listed limits and prices follow the same definitions as in-app checkout; if the app shows different amounts due to a promotion or tax, the checkout total controls.

Refunds: Monthly plans are non‑refundable. Annual plans are pro‑rated if cancelled within 14 days of renewal. Add‑ons are non‑refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

We own all software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with BumpCRM. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.

6. AI‑Generated Content

AI‑generated drafts, research, or analyses are suggestions. We do not guarantee accuracy or legality. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs.

7. Service Limitations

BumpCRM is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime. Features may change or be discontinued without notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non‑payment, or legal risk. You may terminate by ceasing use and requesting deletion. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for claims arising from your content, your use of BumpCRM, and violations of laws or these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Somerset County, New Jersey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
